Nature Journey

What to expect in a Nature Journey Session

This is a gentle journey experience for those wanting to feel the profound effects of being nourished by Nature. For ninety minutes I will hold space for you and tenderly nurture, support, and tend to your body. This ritual was created to help wash away the illusions that we are somehow separate or superior to the natural world. In this journey we'll connect with the elements, animals, and nature spirits that are wanting to come through for support. Bringing these subtle energies closer helps bridge the divide that Western society has built in severing much of our connection with Nature. We'll amplify and work with the aspects of nature that you already connect to and I'll plant the seed of how to work with those energies on a regular basis.

Before we begin our journey together, I'll clear you using herbs, smoke medicine, and rattles. I'll then help you lay down into a comfy "nest" that I've built just for you. Here you'll continue laying down supported by pillows, a warming pad, and blankets for the remainder of the session. Throughout the journey I will offer gentle therapeutic touch such as laying of hands, holding still points, rocking, compression, and brushing. I will take you through a guided meditation where you will meet and connect with the energies that have joined us. I will use tools such as feathers, fire, stones, water, herbs, and essential oils to enhance and give physicality to the experience. The journey will end with a nature sound bath where I will perform Galdr by using my voice along with my reindeer hide drum to tune into the frequencies in the room.
