Magick Mentoring
Finding your true north through Mentorship
Working as a mentor, my intention is to help my clients find their True North, their most Natural Self, the part of them that feels completely immersed in Nature and an integral part of the natural world. To work from this place we must deeply know ourselves and drop the idea that we are above or more intelligent than any other living thing. We get here by taking the time to observe and by slipping magic into the mundane. We can feel more alive, more connected, and more tapped into Nature when we take the time to notice. I help my clients find meaningful practices that intentionally take them on an exploration of self-love and acceptance. Through these practices of sacred self-care and noticing, we establish a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us. When we can tap into our Natural Self and operate from this perspective as often as possible, we understand and embody the magical beings that we are. It is from this place that we can see the path laid out before us and take bold and courageous action when our intuition points us in a new direction.
There are many ways in which we can lovingly tend to ourselves. Mainstream ideas of self-care include things like getting a massage, taking a bath, getting adequate sleep, exercising, and healthy eating. These are all great ideas that I'd recommend but you certainly don't need guidance on how to do these things. You may also notice that most of them are hyper focused on the physical aspect. I've found that in order to sustain regular self-care practices, we have to include the mind and spirit connection as well. In addition to this, our practices need to hold significance and importance in order for us to maintain them on a regular basis. If our self-care practices don't hold resonance, they also won't hold our attention for long. I ask my clients to broaden their perspective of what it means to take care of themselves. For me personally, I need regular activities that help me feel grounded, empowered, strong, and deeply connected to nature and my ancestors.
What makes you feel home, whole, connected, and healthy? What knowledge do we hold in our blood and bone that helps us remember how our ancestors cared for themselves and for one another? These are the questions we need to ask ourselves when wanting to establish regular personal self-care practices. I'm here to help you get to the bottom of what illuminates your Natural Self. The self that lovingly tends to your own body, mind and spirit so that you may walk through this world in your power. The self that desires to flourish and expand, and is confidently equipped to weather the storms that you will inevitably face. Being a human is HARD! I'm not going to sit here and write out all the ways in which our world has gone bonkers because you already know. Because of this madness, we all could use some extra support and useful tools to navigate this sometimes challenging journey.
I'm here to act as an explorer and an investigator into what resonates with you. What do you believe in? What skills do you already have? What do you gravitate toward? What can we build upon? There are countless questions to be asked when trying to unearth authentic personal practices that can assist you in finding your True North. This is your journey and you get to take the reins. This may mean that our paths cross briefly, we plant some seeds, and you cultivate these ideas on your own time. Or perhaps you're wanting to deep dive into your own spirituality and you need some consistent accountability to stay the course. Whatever the case or in between, I'm here to share my knowledge and a steady guide as you walk your unique path.
